Delivery Information
If items are in stock, we aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days. Please allow 5 working days for delivery, but during busy periods please allow 7 working days. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date.
On the date of dispatch you will recieve an e-mail confirming all the details of your delivery. We will not charge your credit or debit card until your order is ready to leave our Fulfilment Centre.

Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please complete the returns form and send the item/s (unworn and undamaged) from any post office to: The Salty Dog Company, Porthilly, Rock, Cornwall, PL26 6JX.
Please note that all goods must be returned within 21 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. Please allow 21 days for your refund or exchange to be processed. When sending a return, you must ask for a proof of posting certificate as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
